Bond focuses primarily on the Real Estate, Food & Beverage, and Leisure & Entertainment sectors. We selectively consider other areas such as Healthcare and Education to name a few. We have implemented a strategy to diversify and mitigate risk through geographical diversity as well as targeting differing economic segments to remain resilient in the globally volatile market place.

Our philosophy in each of our target markets is simple; to scale and expand reach of the businesses in which we choose to invest enhancing the value chain proposition right through to exit planning and effectively mitigating risk by using internal appraisal and modelling processes.



BOND REALTY PARTNERS



Bond Realty Partners is the real estate subsidiary of Bond Investment Partners. Bond Realty Partners is the principal acquisition vehicle for real estate assets either directly or through joint venture partnerships. We diversify our portfolio by investment type and property class to de-risk and maximise returns on our assets.

Our primary focus is in the United Kingdom, where our principal shareholders have been investing and developing real estate for over two decades. We also consider investments in other strategic markets such as the UAE, USA and other parts of Europe based on the opportunity.

To spread risk and balance portfolio returns, we actively source opportunities of the 3 following types:

Core: Core assets form the main part of our real estate investment portfolio. These include assets in stable developed markets such as central London. This delivers high quality and consistent cash returns, as well as capital gain.

Growth and Value–Add: We actively seek opportunities that have a higher risk profile than our core investments that include repositioning and re-letting opportunities. These investments provide a higher return profile while they are not as predictable as our core investments.

Opportunistic: We consider attractive opportunistic investments which include distressed direct acquisitions, emerging market development propositions and investments in hotels and resorts.

With over 50 years of cumulative experience in direct property, corporate and debt acquisitions for a range of institutional and private investors, we are able to draw and share industry knowledge from an expansive global real estate operator network.

A few previous positions held by directors on our team include CEO of Meraas Capital Ltd, one of the most successful sovereign wealth funds in Dubai, and Head of Ernst Young’s Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction (RHC) Advisory Sub Sector in the Middle Eastern and North African region. A few noteworthy transactions and acquisitions by our team include:

Emajin, the Leisure and Entertainment (L&E) division of Bond Investment Partners was set up to strategically invest and exploit the rising global demand for niche entertainment and leisure offerings.

Emajin has established a unique and cutting edge portfolio in this fast-growing space; its spectrum of investment interests ranging from virtual reality technology and IP to a children’s entertainment park in Dubai. Emajin is set to capitalise on the entertainment trends with an active portfolio management team dedicated to making certain we enter and exit market cycles at the right time to ensure promising returns.

Our sector expertise and global network within the entertainment industry has enabled us to take advantage of this growing market enabling us to identify unique investments with high growth opportunities.
